Elyse Galik
Elyse is the President, founder, and Chief Executive Officer of CBD, as well as a talented designer and gifted communicator. She specializes in using her experience as a training and marketing professional to help organizations enhance both their internal and external stakeholder communications.
Richard Galik
Richard is our Chief Operating Officer. Richard brings over 25 years of design management experience to the areas of logistics, budgeting, and administration.
His extensive experience in design management has been to fit individual tasks into a cohesive macroscopic whole from concept to delivery. He always keeps in mind the 3 critical developmental elements of quality, timeliness, and budget.
Elaina Evans
Elaina is our Senior Art Director with many years experience as a design professional in every aspect of graphic design from corporate branding and identity, advertising, business-to-business print advertising, trade show conferences, publications, annual reports, and environmental graphics.
Over the years, Elaina's work has received a number of awards including: Silver Medal, Washington Ed Press; Silver Medal, Washington Art Directors Club; NY Creativity Show; Best of Category Award, Printing & Graphics Communication Association; and the Graphic Excellence Award, Consolidated Papers. Some of Elaina's clients have included Booz Allen Hamilton, US Sprint, The Travelers, Mobil Corporation, GTSI, Corp. and Long & Foster Real Estate.
Elaina uses this award-winning experience to guide the creative vision and maintain the creative quality of work at CBD.
Jennifer Ferraro
Jennifer is our General Manager. She has a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design, and a Certificate in Women's Studies from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Jennifer oversees project production and scheduling, as well as client services and vendor interactions. She uses her legendary attention to detail and extensive knowledge of printing to ensure that our projects are done as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
Michael Snyder
Michael is Senior Interactive Designer. He holds a degree in Art with a Graphic Design emphasis from Lynchburg College and has received Gold and Silver ADDY awards in Graphic Design. Mike concentrates on interactive projects including content-managed web sites, search engine optimization, PHP, and CSS. He has an especially a strong background in front-end GUI design, user experience design, and web design.
Vincent Mui
Vincent is our Graphic Designer-Corporate. He holds a degree in Visual Arts from SUNY New Paltz in New York.
He specializes in projects for larger corporations, particularly those requiring the MS Office suite and on-site availability, as well as annual reports, white papers, and web sites.
Xue (Snow) Qin
Snow Qin is a Graphic Designer. Originally from mainland China, she has a degree from the University of Maryland College Park with an emphasis in Graphic Design.
Snow is a gifted designer; she showcases her talent in every project she undertakes and has particular expertise in association conference collateral.
Sugako Kawai-Cozart
Sugako is a Graphic Designer from Japan; she has a Masters degree in Graphic Design from the Towson University. Sugako has advertising agency experience with particular expertise in auto sales and corporate branding.
Viktoria Hankesz
Viktoria is our Mail Shop manager. Originally from Hungary, she brings administrative expertise and a "get it done right" attitude to make sure our mailings happen on time. Viki's enthusiasm and attention to detail make her the perfect person for the job.
