Graphic Design
We are a team of talented and experienced designers with considerable expertise in both print and web. For years we have regularly and routinely designed, produced, and distributed Save-the-Dates, Conference Materials, Annual Reports, brochures, identity materials, and nearly every other type of printed material imaginable.
Our close-knit team of designers is always collaborating to create better, and more cutting-edge designs. All of the designs are positively influenced and shaped under the direction of our Senior Art Director, Elaina Evans. She has over 30 years of design experience to elevate and perfect all of the designs created by the CBD team.
A Reverse-Engineered Design Process
Before beginning a project our team invests time investigating every production stage with our General Manager, Jenn Ferraro. This ensures the paper size is good for printing, good for mailing, and translates well to the web.
By always remaining vigilant of the end product while designing, it naturally boosts efficiency, and the deliverable quality. It also makes it that much easier to simultaneously launch printed and web marketing ventures by reducing the time required to translate the designs to different mediums.
Experienced and Accessible Designers
We are a small company with agile project methods, and constant internal communications. You’ll never be stopped by voicemail or unanswered emails. You will work directly with the designers, never through an account manager. This improves the speed and quality of the designs, as weå realize your marketing vision in the best possible way.
Top of the Line Tools
We most often work with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Bridge) supplemented as necessary with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). We have the full Adobe Open Font Library and we subscribe to on-line, royalty-free photo services that enable us to find appropriate images to compliment any possible design concept.
Individual computers are backed up hourly and all client files daily. We maintain a dedicated file server with 4 TB of storage for both immediate and historical access to all of our clients’ files.
Your Files Belong to you
CBD believes that the work we do is for our clients and that you own the digital files for a project. There will never be a dispute about intellectual property rights—you own the creative and all reproduction rights. If you ever need the files, rest assured they will be forwarded to you without a fuss about ownership.
